The staff were helpful. They assisted with my luggage to the taxi after i mentioned my medical procedure. this level of support really stood out and made my departure much easier. i also found the location to be amazing, with easy access to all routes (it was so convenient!).

i noticed the hot water wasn't working as well as it should have, a bit of an issue during my short stay (i hope it gets fixed soon!).

the location was indeed perfect near the santo domingo metro station i found clear instructions available before arrival this made it easier to settle in the place was described accurately i had a good understanding of what to expect upon arrival

i noticed the lights from the theater across the street illuminated the room the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to darken the space sufficiently. i could hear people talking in the next room noises from their shower were also quite loud. this made for some disturbances.
